Every Greenline project includes these warranties as part of the contract.
5-year hardscape
Limestone patios, dry-stack walls, decomposed-granite paths, fire features. If the install settles, the mortar fails, or edge restraint moves – we re-set or replace at no cost. Five years from completion date.
1-year plant guarantee
Anything we plant that fails to establish in year one – we replace at no cost. Covers normal plant mortality. Excludes damage from severe weather (freeze events below 20°F, named storms) and owner watering errors.
2-year irrigation
Drip irrigation rough-in, low-voltage wiring, controller programming. Two-year warranty on installation; manufacturer warranty applies separately to components (typically 5-10 years on fittings).
Lifetime workmanship
If our crew installed it incorrectly, we make it right. Forever. We've never had to use this clause but it's in every contract because we stand behind our crew.
30-day, 6-month, 12-month walk-throughs
Project manager returns at three intervals during year one to check establishment, address concerns, and document any issues. Included in every project.
Design fee credit
If you proceed with the build, the design fee credits 100% toward the build budget. If you don't proceed, you own the plan outright and can take it to any builder.
